Outstanding, exceptional, fantastic. Three words that describe this place the best. Service was exceptional. Food was fantastic and the overall experience was outstanding. No its not particularly cheap, but if you want cheap go to McDonald's. If you want a great meal in relaxed surroundings with service to match, cote brasserie at the festival hall IS the place to be. Let's talk service. Yes we waited for a table, for about a minute. It was lunchtime on Sunday so what more would you expect. We were lucky to get a table as far as we were concerned. The staff seated us and after settling down we were greeted by our waitress. Very efficient she was too. Drinks and starters sorted and they came as requested. In fact throughout the meal everything was as it should be.
Let's now talk food......... It's to die for. Absolute perfection. Beautiful flavours and perfectly cooked. We couldn't ask for more. But then there was desert. Only one for desert and that was me. Creme caramel. Probably the best in the world, well as far as I'm concerned. So much so, I had a second. Overall this should be THE place to eat on the south bank. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the whole experience. We would like to thank the staff and the chefs for everything. It was as I have already said, outstanding. And we will be back. I just wish it could be tomorrow.
Thank you to you all.
No matter what cote we go to it’s always great Well worth a visit
