We ordered 3 lobsters, 2 steaks and a Halibut. Lobsters were cooked tasty and juicy but only average size for £38 each.
Steaks eaters were pleased with their meats and pepper sauces. My husband loves his halibut. Would be reasonable if the lobsters are more meaty I could easily eat 2 myself for that size.
We went for a late anniversary meal and ate in the lounge with the main restaurant obviously being sold out. As a result, the service was a little slow but this was understandable. The food itself was amazing with good sized portions and although it's not the cheapest, it is still good value. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu!
It was a surprise lunch from my partner. We had stunning view table, relaxed atmosphere, and a very good music indeed.
Staff were friendly, and attentive. In regards food, everything was wonderful: mussels is tasty, seafood platter scrumptious, cheese board with a good selection of cheese and a proper oatcakes.
The only one down turn is limited parking spaces and no rails to get to the dining area as for disabled person or elderly could be a tricky to get to main area over the steps. The view of a bay and sound of waves is stunning. Will be back? Certainly 🙏
