Rose & Crown

A large group of us recently stayed here for 3 nights and there is nothing we could fault! The location is perfect, rooms were warm & cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was amazing and they were very accommodating for any changes to the menus which is especially helpful as we had 4 children with us! We also had the Sunday lunch which again was amazing - we had over 12 people all eating sunday lunch and everything came out together with no issues (the restaurant was also full) so it was quite impressive! The food and drinks prices where reasonable and reflected the area we were staying in. All the staff went above and beyond with every request and believe me we had quite a few! Everyone was happy to help and made us feel very welcome. I can honestly say we had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we can be quite picky so it makes a change for us all to leave a hotel/ bar & restaurant with no complaints. The only slight improvement I would recommend is more accesible plug sockets in the room but for this to be the only thing we can comment on then they're are definitely doing things right! Tash & the team are doing a great job - we all would highly recommend both the hotel & the restuarant/ bar. We will definitely stay again when we come to warwick.

Really nice pub in the centre of Warwick recommended by our hotel. No parking at pub, some a few minutes walk away in which we got one of the last spaces. Parking suggestions are on pub website. Bright and airy space with very nice service. Food was good and we enjoyed our evening. IPA on tap went down well...

Pros: The breakfast. The location. The service. Staff friendliness. The bar/beer selection. The atmosphere. The room size (family room). Seriously, the breakfast. Cons: the room - it has broken appliances and the double bed was two singles put together. The toilet seat has a large crack on it. If I could choose next time, I'd prefer to be over the pub. Also, our room windows (which are gorgeous) was under the Square's overhead lights and the curtains arent blackout so it's very very bright at night. Conclusion: will absolutely stay again, the value is great. Must book on the amazing breakfast! Will ask for a pub room next time or extra sheets for the windows if in the other building.

2023 update. Stayed here again, everything was as perfect as our first stay last year. Loved everything. We will be back again. The staff were really great with our dog who is nervous. Got us a nice quiet table where he felt safe. The waitress was amazing and very helpful. Fantastic staff, food and atmosphere. I had the chicken and it was amazing, we also stayed here for the night and the rooms were great and the choice of breakfast options were the best we have had and we stay away alot. We will be back the next time we head down this way. Totally love the Rose and Crown.
