We stopped by this cafe on the way back to Lincoln for a bite to eat. The staff made space for us and we ordered a round of panini and drinks. The coffee was nice, the sandwiches were very tasty, and we were full up and satisfied when we left. The attached chocolate shop next door is definitely worth a visit too, a very enticing selection of chocolates but the brownies were out of this world, and reasonably priced - so of course we stocked up! Top marks all round!
Stopped off here to get a hot drink on a freezing walk around Tewksbury, so where better to get one than at a chocolate shop. Bought the indulgent Luxury Belgian Hot Chocolate, combined with a chocolate fudge slice and a cinnamon swirl. The hot chocolate was delectable and velvety but became very sickly with the adornments. It needed more fluid to cope with it, but we managed to drink it all. Next time we will just have a normal hot chocolate. The fudge cake was massively rich, just like it should be and the cinnamon roll was buttery and a good hint of spice. A chocoholics dream cafe.
Been here a few times for a panini on my lunch break, as daunting as the Chicken, mozzarella, pineapple and chilli jam panini may seem, it is really good!! And the coffee is lush!! The staff are always really friendly and happy to help.
