Wonderful tasty Chinese food, thoroughly recommended! The crispy spring rolls are delicious and packed with ingredients, and lots of well cooked prawns and pork.
The batter around the sweet and sour chicken is so flavourful, not sure what their recipe is as it's not just a basic batter mix, I must ask them next time I order.
Chicken and black bean sauce is also highly rated. Well done Hing Wah!
I recommended (my favourite Chinese takeaway - Hing Wah) to a fellow dog walker recently; suffice to say, for a 70th birthday family celebration, they went with it and were really happy with their meal 😅
Good Chinese takeaway. Albeit, the range of vegetables in our chow main was limited to green peppers and celery -all thickly cut . Would have liked more carrot, mushrooms & perhaps sweetcorn. A better mixture is preferred rather than loads of green peppers.
