Went for lunch with my friend and the food was amazing. The deserts were to die for. Really lovely and friendly bar staff. This is the place to go for gorgeous, reasonably priced food. Maybe the New Landlady could start to do bookings for afternoon teas. Xx�� xX
Probably one of the nicest meals I’ve had in a while and cheap! Defiantly recommend, friendly staff too!

(should really use up the green space on side of benches for slides to)
, think that be good idea also as the pirate ship can get clogged if there is more than 4 kids on there!

Lovely pub grub. friendly staff very relaxed atmosphere, I had gammon with sweet potato fries and my partner had a steak with normal chips, for dessert we both had treacle sponge with ice-cream, steak was cooked beautifully and my gammon had lovely flavour, unfortunately the cheesy garlic bread was late coming and slightly burned around the edges, but we were both full by then anyway
Wow Excellent service from the start, telephone conversation to accommodate on book for 2 at such short notice. Awesome service when we arrived. The staff are welcoming. I thank you ladies and gentlemen and especially the chef for today xx
Outstanding dinner I've had in a long time. Meat was mouth watering and melt in the mouth. Delicious desserts.
Absolutely brilliant Sunday lunch at brilliant prices. Service was incredible too. Been so many times and will keep going back.

The menu on there website is out of date , the steak I ordered for example was £3 more expensive on in house menu.
Not a big issue, just letting you all know.
Sunday Dinner
Had Sunday dinner with the family (30th July) in what looked like a new bar seating area from when i was last in here. The dinner was lovely, portions were great and food tasted amazing! Will definitely be coming back
