Lovely little pub with an open fire. Let us sit inside when it was originally all shut down as we'd been trekking all day and the pint was amazing after walking 8miles in 28c heat!

This was my first ever experience solo camping with my dog. I was anxious as a female camper that I wouldn’t feel safe. I couldn’t have picked a better campsite, the lady at the pub was very friendly and told me where to park and that I could pitch anywhere. I was lucky enough to get a spot right next to the river. I felt very safe, everyone was friendly and there was no noise after curfew! I actually preferred the toilet being in the pub as it was much cleaner, I will definitely be back to stay longer!

Had another great night with the brilliant crowd @ the Tafarn-y-Garreg last night, thanks to Andy and Caroline for making it so. PS Demitry was great with his DJ-ing and of course karaoke.
