*Pre- COVID* Me and my partner went for a surprise date night pre lockdown and thought we'd try The Violet Green in Norton. Really nice food, friendly staff, great atmosphere and fortunately pretty close to us. Would definitely recommend it. That.. and the 12 yr old Japanese whiskey 🥃🇯🇵

Birthday lunch. Absolutely delicious. Very unique styling. Reminiscent of Caravan Saray in Baku. Food is beautifully prepared, staff are attentive but not obtrusive. Nice wine selection. What's not to like

It was a fantastic experience and one I will have no hesitation in repeating. I had the most wonderful steak. It was done to my complete satisfaction and just as I requested it. The surroundings are very quaint and cosy and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The presentation of the meal was beautiful and the menu was very nice and extensive. The price was more than other places I've been to recently but the quality more than justify the cost. I'd happily recommend it to anyone and I will certainly be back. A wonderful experience.
