A cute cafe serving a wide range of nutritious, vegan bowls, juices and smoothies. Very reasonably priced too.
We tried to berry smoothie with lucuma and coconut water, as well as the apple pie smoothie which had apple, dates, bananas, cloves and cinnamon. It was delicious!

Great and healthy idea. You feel you are doing yourself a great deal of good eating here. This type of concept should be wholly supported as it is an more healthy alternative and tastes great too.

Conscious Kitchen is a great place, if maybe the only place, in Southend to actually get real honest healthy food and drinks.
A lot of places seem to be claiming the "clean eating" slogan but as soon as you step into the shop and meet the guys you soon come to realise that this really is clean eating.
Mark & Claire who run the business are super friendly and are actually inspired by the food and drinks they serve, which a lot of places really lack.
This inspiration wears off onto you and it really makes you feel you can make a change.
So to ditch the GMO's and scientific cocktails head to Conscious Kitchen for something real & GOOD!
