Forgot to add my pizza from my rewards to the order, but I called the store and Nadia was very helpful in helping me sort this out.

I don’t understand why people are giving this place bad reviews. For a good decent pizza for a cheep price this place is a lot better than Dominos as it’s very filling and you get more for your money. I ordered my pizza from Just Eat and it turned up 10-5 minuets early. Very happy with what I got and definitely recommend this if your a student and sharing it with flat mates with enough to go around.

I love desserts and Fat Pizza does the best cookie dough in Southend IMO. Unfortunately on a couple of occasions the Cookie dough arrived very late going hand in hand with being cold. With that being said any time we have had an issue we are quick to raise it and their staff have always been quick to resolve any complaints. Overall I'm usually very pleased with the product and I'm pleased the business is always busy, although on occasion deliveries could be managed better so the product doesn't come up cold.
