A fantasic location and very clean and spacious. This is a Pret standard menu, great hot drinks and amazing sandwiches. There is WiFi and plenty of seating ..it has an upstairs area for eating as well as large downstairs area. its a great meeting place or just to catch up with friends. Overall highly recommended. I also bought my dog which was also welcomed and had no issues. The entrance is disabled friendly but no close parking.

The place itself is lovely and as clean as the staff can make it with that many people around... but the toilet is just horrendous. Having just one gents and one ladies toilet at such a frequently visited cafe is already nonsense but at least that two should be clean... not to mention the tiles falling off in the gents room.

Pret A Manger -West Quay, Southampton. Very conveniently located on the pedestrian access side to the shopping centre, lots of seating upstairs with lots of plug points also. Thank you.

Visited Southampton on the 08/12/22. After a day shopping and seeing the Christmas ⛄ Market had a nice coffee in Pret A Manger. In a nice location by Westquay overlooking Above Bar in Southampton. Thankfully free seats available late afternoon. Enjoyed the warm friendly feeling while watching the world go by outside. Warm , clean and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend 👍

Friendly staff who are very proficient with their service. A good selection of food and beverage choices on offer. Located on the entrance of westquay shopping center, it's prime location means its frequently fairly busy. The venue is very open and we'll lit due to its large glass frontage.

Went to town for some Xmas shopping before lock - down again! 🙄...decided to get a hot choc, wasn't to busy and they have different flavours to put inside it too!.. So got a Caramel hot choc, was delicious!...disabled friendly, and the front door is massive! So no worries. Plenty of open space, and super clean and tidy! Wasn't expensive, only thing is they have one size for hot chocs etc...bit still delicious! Parking around the corner...very nice. 5*

Pret is the best coffee chain hands down. Unfortunately due to its busy location there simply aren't enough tables a lot of the time. That said if your just popping in for a coffee and/or a bite to each then it's a great stop. I'm usually a coffee and a sandwich type but when I go to Pret I'll instead have their Italian chicken salad. It's great, can't recommend it more. I'm sticking to 4/5 for this Pret as there are a few better independent coffee shops in town but if we were just comparing Pret to the other chains then it would literally have no competition. Starbucks, Café Nero and Costa simply don't even come close.
