The place itself is lovely and as clean as the staff can make it with that many people around... but the toilet is just horrendous. Having just one gents and one ladies toilet at such a frequently visited cafe is already nonsense but at least that two should be clean... not to mention the tiles fall

Got there 8.30am ideal if your going to visit the shops in WestQuay which opens at 9am. Had a Americano and a almond croissant which was amazingly warm and soft

Located on the entrance of westquay shopping center, it's prime location means its frequently fairly busy. The venue is very open and we'll lit due to its large glass frontage.
