*updated* So before I updated my review I wanted to try it a few more times to make an accurate update. I now absolutely love this place. The Italian burger is to die for .. it's packed with flavour I feel like I'm being naughty when actually it's soo good. Another of my favourite our the pronuts especially when I've had a workout it's a nice treat which isn't too bad. Only thing I'm not really a fan of is the sweet potato fries, I think it's personal preference but with some sauce they are okies For anybody like me who isn't very good at sticking to your diet this place is great because it's a takeaway where you can be good All the food is packed full of flavour and the fact they tell you the nutrientional information is great because you know exactly what's going in to your body If I could afford it I would definatly get the meal prep *old review* After my training today I was really looking foward to my eat well meal. My delivery time was 21.15 and didn't arrive till after half 9 which I was abit miffed but you know these things happen if its a busy night.I was still expecting good things when it finally arrived. When it came the flavour were really good and they were really tasty, it was just a shame that both my meal (an all in one box and waffle) were both cold. Which was okies for my noodles I could put them in the microwave but my waffle had yoghurt on it so was unable to warm that up. I'm pretty disappointed and if it was hot it would have defonatly been a 5*.
