Super helpful staff, accidentally ordered to the norwich east store by mistake, came to collect from North and they of course had no record of my order but were so helpful and sorted out the situation for me. Their pizzas are addictive, especially the pizza dough AND COOKIES!!! I don't know what they do but it's just delicious. I feel like their staff deserve a fat raise because they have to stay up all night so we the customer can have the juicy deliciousness of their pizza. Just wanted to say if any staff are reading this YOU ARE LOVED AND APPRECIATED MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW.

Lot of bad reviews on here about this branch. Thought I'd share my own personal experience. Last few times I've ordered from here the food was really good and took very little time to get here. I was only down the road about a mile away but pizza was good 👍

Spoke on the phone the other night to the manager Damien after I accidentally ordered for collection instead of delivery, and was met with fantastic service amending and remaking the order, and got it sent out for delivery in no time at all. Really appreciated the way the situation was handled as a fellow hospitality worker and would recommend the hell out of this kind of customer service. Thanks again guys!
