Great food and really friendly. My only complaint is that often staff would take ages to get to you and might be nowhere to be seen - I'm not just talking about delays that involve food cooking, but also things like clearing the table and getting the bill. This was during an off peak period where we were one of only two tables that were occupied by only 2 people each, so there wasn't really much excuse for this.
All. In all, great if you have the spare time and want a good meal out with a nice atmosphere at a decent price, but don't squeeze it in on an otherwise busy day.
If you eat at a Pizza Express restaurant you know that you're going to be eating pizza. There are some pasta based options but really you'll be here for the pizza. And it's very good. A thin crispy base with a variety of imaginative toppings. All cooked to perfection. The menu changes on a seasonal basis so you don't need to order the same thing every time. So that's a very generic review of Pizza Express, but what does the MK Hub branch add to the equation? Well... attentive service carried out by smiley people who obviously enjoy their job. We went there on my birthday and were made to feel very welcome. A very pleasant night out.
We ate here as a large family group with small children and teens on a weeknight. They weren't very busy and so we pretty much had one waitron just for our table, who did a great job and everyone had a great meal. I would like to see a calzone on the menu though.
