Stopped by whilst on our Honeymoon. We were very well looked after by the staff, they made sure everything was perfect and were very lovely and chatty. Even though it was very busy and the place pretty much filled up about 5 mins after we sat down (we were the first ones in) we never felt rushed for time which was good. The food was stunning! Little pricey but it was worth every penny. My husband and I were blown away by how tasty it was, I think it's ruined scallops anywhere else for us now 😂. You can really tell how fresh it is. We can't recommend this place enough 🎣❤️

We really enjoyed this dinner at Mallaig. The seafood was perfectly cooked and the soups went past over our expectations. Wish we lived nearer and could come back to try the crab. For dessert we ordered Sticky toffee pudding and it tasted fabulous. The waiter was very cheerful and attentive. It's a small restaurant with no reservations so be sure to be there early if u want to get a table (they close early) :)

Probably the tastiest fish and chips I've ever had. The service was great and the lady taking my order asked if I'd like Hake, rather than Haddock. I love Hake so I'm glad it was offered and shows the benefits of a restaurant in a fishing village as they flex to the catch of the day. A short wait later and my order was called and we sat in the harbour and ate beautifully cooked hake that was grease-free with a sumptuous golden batter and superb chips. Literally couldn't recommend more highly.
