We popped in on the off chance of a lunchtime table and were promptly seated by the window with a lovely harbour view.
We had the most glorious (though a tad pricey) scallops to start, then between us, Cullen Skink, scampi, mussels and langoustines. The quality of the seafood was excellent and they did childs portions of the soup and the langoustines on request.
Service was prompt and friendly, so a 10% tip was in order.
Overall excellent, but one or two minor niggles...the side salad is a bit dull, couple of leaves of iceberg, grated carrot, no dressing, and the bread is clearly shop bought baguettes, homemade would have been so much better.
Would recommend.
Came in on Jacobite Express, at lunchtime today very busy restaurant but good friendly service and amazing fish and chips served quickly. Not rushed at all - thanks guys.
Lovely view over harbour. Excellent service and the chowder was delicious.
