Delicious pizza! Crust is as soft as butter. Not crispy if that's what you like. Flavors on my anchovy/capers pizza were awesome, but the raw garlic was a little too intense. There were only 2 servers the evening I was there so it was a bit of a wait for the check at the end of the meal. I would certainly go back. Pizza was great.
Great food as always but service could have been better.
Went with a table of 4 and we’re seated fairly quickly however the servers all seemed fairly bored and unenthusiastic. The food was brought out in decent time and the quality was great as always.
Perfect for meeting friends.
From the moment I walked into Franco Manca," I knew I was in for a delightful dining experience. The cozy, rustic decor and the inviting aroma of fresh pizza in the air set the perfect stage for a memorable evening.
The true gem of this place, however, is the staff. Sad and Terisa our servers, were a breath of fresh air. They greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, making us feel like cherished guests. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they offered helpful recommendations throughout our meal.
Now, let's talk about the pizza. We tried the Margherita pizza, and it was a masterpiece of simplicity. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, providing the ideal canvas for the sweet organic tomato sauce and the fresh basil leaves. The mozzarella cheese was creamy and melted to perfection. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and we couldn't get enough.
The overall ambiance of the restaurant was cozy, with soft lighting and Italian music playing in the background. It was a perfect place to unwind and savor a delicious meal.
If you're looking for a pizza place with delectable food and staff that treats you like family, Franco Manca is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough. It's the kind of restaurant where you not only leave with a satisfied stomach but also a warmed heart.
