It was a nice clean branch Staff is friendly and good. Food is good. I tried the new chips with chicken, and it is overpriced but fine

Very friendly helpful staff. Always willing to accommodate you. They were brilliant with my little 2 year old and helped out as much as they could which really took the pressure off. Food is always decent quality at nandos and you don't have to wait until forever for your food. It's not a massive restaurant so you might have to wait a little on occasion but only on busy periods.

Wow. I have never experienced a better restaurant manager. Kasia did have a 100% customer experience. Once that should be used as a model to train all restaurant managers. 1. She greeted us at the door with huge smile. She recommended the best table for a small child 2. I made the order and the wrong platter came. It was a complete misunderstanding, probably my fault. But Kasia made no issue of it and got the right platter 3. She got our child crayons and colouring in paper 4. My daughter wanted to go to the toilet. Without asking she realised she needed the toilet and said she will open the disabled toilet so we didn't have to walk up stairs I'm sure it's no coincidence but all the staff were similar. If you are reading nandos head office. She should be recognised Thanks will come back for sure
