Amazing food! Great service! The owner is lovely,friendly, and approachable. Popped in for breakfast and it was amazing. I will be coming back to try the lunch menu.
The only exception to Hackney’s gentrification because the service was just so warm and not a split image repeat of the new food shops around here. Rest of the new shops should follow suit!
I asked to have the mushroom focaccia sandwich but with added chicken, and they were able to do so- no questions asked. Tasted great, hefty portion- boyfriend loved it too. Nice chat whilst waiting and just in general hospitality is what makes such a short visit, a day much better :’)
The Veggi sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever tasted. I visited yesterday and have been thinking about it since. 5 starts for the sandwich! I visited at lunch time and the shop was fairly busy however there were plenty of empty seats. I’m not sure if they were short staffed as most of the empty tables had not yet been cleared or cleaned. I wanted to eat in however noticed the additional charge for customers eating in and opted for take away as during the cost of living crisis every saving counts! There was a wait for my sandwich which I didn’t mind and the member of staff was very apologetic about this (it was worth the wait). I will 100% visit again.
By far the best sandwiches we’ve ever had, so good we had to come back to get some to bring back to Devon for my youngest daughter to try! Compliments to the chef!

If you’re in Hackney and looking for a bite to eat, I’d absolutely recommend popping in and treating yourself.

Great spot for a lunch in Hackney Central.
Varied options of Focaccia sandwich, very good quality of ingredients and kind service.
I tried 3 other but the nduja, mortadella, mozzarella and rocket and was my favourite from all the ones I tried from the party I went there with.
Also good coffee to top it up.
When I walked in I couldn’t help but notice the shop was really clean, they obviously care a lot about presentation which is nice.
Straightforward menu I just got a chicken sandwich and a coffee.
Bread was really beautiful and fresh and coffee was solid too.
Staff were really friendly and I feel it was very fairly priced.
First of all, the food was SUPERIOR. When I mean superior, this cafe does have astonishing sandwiches. This lovely agricultured cafe clearly has standards and their ambition is to achieve everything possible. There sandwiches are brilliant and it is in a safe environment. I felt very comfortable! Also, I really enjoyed the customer service, especially that young man. I 100% recommend you to try this place out as it has an incredible atmosphere with cosy background music. Furthermore, the prices are very cheap. I come here every week. Do not listen to the doubters! there is nothing wrong with this place. Quick preparations and rapid food serving customer service! One of a kind! my favourite place. 👍
Really nice place for a sandwich and a coffee, sandwiches available from early morning which is so great considering nearby cafes only do toasties at 9am…

We stopped here for coffees, one was oat latte others had ordinary cofee with milk.
The dining area is clean and tidy.
The food is well presented and looks delicious.

Love this place!!! Try the pastas they were extremely delicious. Would go back just for the truffle pasta. The price point is also really good.
The barista and chef were very welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this cafe if you’re looking for a cute and colorful atmosphere. Not to mention they play very cute music!

The mushroom focaccia is the best thing I’ve ever tried. Service is wonderful. I had to make sure to come back for another mushroom focaccia before I ended my vacation.
I was legitimately impressed with the food, especially at the price point! Coming from someone who used to go to Gloria Shoreditch every 2 weeks if you know you know.
