My friend and me were looking for a nice cake to have on that rainy day, exhausted with our daily trip from Wiltshire. Lady in a shop was lovely and provided lots of info about ingredients. We could taste icing and various cakes. Cheesecake was a deffinite winner 🏆 for me. Tiny shop but very friendly service.

One of the best coffee in the area (along with "the department of coffee and social affairs" and Vergnano in a different style), definitely the best cakes in the area. Don't miss the deal: 1 coffee + 1 pastry (duffin, cinnamon bun or croissant) for only £2.90.

Visit this little place every time I arrive at Farringdon station. Friendly people and good value for money; especially if you're after a small coffee and pastry. Places like these are a kick in the teeth of the generic boring sub-par coffee chains (one who just happens to it's neighbour).
