I witnessed a worker drop my packed food that was already in a brown bag. Even though I told them "it's fine the food was perfectly fine", they refused, gave me extra fries and drinks assured me they will very quickly make a new one and apologised. Standards are extremely high, tasty food, very clean venue. If I could I'd give 6 stars.
