Had the chance to visit Rubio for a promotional night and it was absolutely brilliant!
The staff are super friendly and the location is very cozy and stylish. A little way off from the busy high streets, this restaurant occupies a beautiful corner space with a large patio and rustic, nostalgic decor.
The pizza is delicious with a traditional crust that's not too thin in the middle, a very fruity tomato base and generous toppings. I tried the buffalo mozzarella pizza and it was absolutely stunning. Huge chunks of scrumptious mozzarella, plenty of rocket, a perfect combination.
The back wall is covered in vinyl LP sleeves and there's a dj desk. We were lucky enough to have the owner spin records for us, which was a great accompaniment for dinner, a great excuse for some dancing exercise after eating and not too loud to stop us from chatting.
Would definitely recommend this location!
We just moved to NW10 two weeks ago and happened upon Rubio's...and we couldn't be more happier that this place is in our neighborhood. We've been there 4 times now, breakfast, drinks, dinner and the Christmas party event. All of these visits never failed to disappoint. Great food, amazing service and the music makes for the best ambience ever. Love love love Rubio's and hope it never closes down.
Wonderful place! So happy Rubio is so close to my place and I can enjoy the best Capricciosa in London. Succulent ham, fresh olives, great cheese and crispy crust - salute to the chef.
Will be back and will bring my friends )
