I've only been to one other Filipino restaurant which is in the West End, and I found the food there overpriced and bland.
However, the sisig I had at Kamayan sa Earls Court was the best I've had (and I can say that because my mother in law hasn't cooked it for me yet!). I always thought that pilipino na pagkain was masarap, pero hindi maanhang naman. The sisig at Kamayan sa Earl's Court really hits the spot, being masarap atchaka maanhang. The portions of all the food are generous. We had two main courses, rice, two deserts and two drinks and it came to £29 - very reasonable for London, and we had to take some home in a doggy bag. If we had more room we'd have also had pinakbet.
We originally found the restaurant next door on Google, but they were full when we got there and we're glad we decided to try this one instead!
Seems like an authentic Filipino place, close to Earl's Court station. The staff is extremely patient and lovely - they listened and handled so we'll all my dietary restrictions still serving me a good and filling meal
Food was great. My fav is the fried tilapia and crispy pata. The others are a bit too oily for us.
