Simple friendly neighborhood place. Good is decent and the beer is good. The toffee pudding is fantastic!

This Pub is so good on so many aspects it is difficult not to give them a great review on the internet. I have been going for years now but their most recent team is absolutely fabulous. A young man at the bar serves your beer with the most considerate smile and even though he doesn't speak perfect English - he is always cautious to listen to your needs very carefully. His two, colleagues - I think I heard being called Stephan and Hannah are just as nice and makes you feel so welcome in a pub where you could with no problem bring your work colleagues or family. Finding great pub food can be rare in London, but this local pubs one is absolutely delicious ! I have tasted many of their plates and am so happy for their Sunday roast ! I highly recommend the chicken Wings, the burger, the sausage and mash or the caesar salad the rest of the week. If you want to have a peaceful and happy time - please go, you won't regret it.
The food, staff and hours open are all incredible. Ate here twice in 3 days and the bartender and everyone remembered us. They have a large, delicious menu and lots of beer, wine and liquor to choose. Highly recommend when you want a low-key pub vibe with top tier food
