This store can be a bit hit & miss. A lot of the staff are are young, & clearly inexperienced , making service slow, need's more than 2 staff on over the busy lunchtime. I'm told there's a new manager here, & the shop does appear cleaner & tidier, with the newer staff being more experienced, very pleasing! Helpful & polite, 5 stars for customer service today! Still lot's of room for improvement, but happy with visit, no complaints, will be returning soon.
I am as regular Subway customer and I would have been lost without this during the last year, a piece of normality in the chaos.
The staff have worked pretty much right through the pandemic so I think as customers we should be appreciative.
My local its been on hard times looks like has new staff, hopefully on the up, lad who served me gave loads of recommendations about sauces and toasting onions and peppers on my steak and cheese its was proper tasty
