Exactly what you'd expect from a small KFC branch. Great food servers reasonably fast. I'd avoid ordering takeaway through the website since my payment went through but never received the order so had to replace and repay in store. But that's the KFC website and nothing to do with the branch functionality itself.
Probably the best KFC in Ipswich, it's a shame they don't have a drive thru
