Good quality chicken, staff in here always try their best even though often short staffed. Can get very busy at peak hours would recommend either an early or late dinner for faster service.

Always served straight away on our lunch break. Only one guy there at the back is friendly. The others are not very approachable but overall service is good and quick and food okay, not as good compared to the other one though.
Cameron was very fast to serv and and knew the information we needed when ordering as I forgot what burger we wanted with the hasbrown, drinks were made fast and food was shortly served after.
This KFC is the only KFC in the Ipswich area to get a decent meal. You know the other KFCs in the area who don't actually care about customer service or quality of food without me naming and shaming them. Hats off to the team here. Job well done and a customer for life ☺️
