We discovered the Grill Room on Saturday night myself and a group of friends had dinner and drinks here. What an amazing and luxurious place. The food menu had excellent choices and they have a separate sushi menu too which we decided to have - the sushi was incredible out of this world, we ordered seconds! The service was exceptional from start to finish lovely friendly and very welcoming staff. We then headed over into the wine bar area after dinner, this has a separate door to from the dining area, here we stayed until closing and enjoyed the various drinks menu. It was a great atmosphere and good music too. We will definitely be back.

Recently visited here with my sister shortly after opening, what a beautiful venue. The food was outstanding and all the staff very welcoming and friendly. The bar is really inviting and I didn’t want to leave, all the cocktails were well made and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be visiting again as soon as we are back in Brighton! I would recommend to everyone to come here
