Absolutely gorgeous and divine food, with attentive service that isn't over the top. Highly recommended for special occasions where you aren't spending a fortune but also getting an amazing meal and wine. My husband and I are vegetarian and had the 3-course menu. As vegetarians for the starters and mains, you are limited to one choice (which they could look to expand for vegans and vegetarians in future) but it didn't matter as the dishes tasted as divine as they looked. My highlight was the starter of heirloom tomatoes, tomato consommé, ewes milk cream, topped with wild herbs and edible flowers. Just stunning!

Wonderful food, beautiful venue and great attentive service as usual. I've dined here and the Pass a few times and it never ceases to amaze me how wonderful the attention to detail that the team goes to in preparing a gastronomic experience. We were sat on the terrace enjoying a wonderful spring evening, attentively looked after by a fantastic team, without being intrusive. A perfect balance.
The quality of the food is beyond words. You don't go there to eat food, you go there to experience food. The care and pride that goes into every dish is plain to see. Subtle nuances of flavours that really delight the senses is a testament to the skills and passion of the team at The Camellia.
The problem is I find it hard to enjoy "normal" food for days after a visit as it all feels so ordinary.
We'll be coming back as usual because it is just too good not to.
