Four of us went on a Saturday 8am till 4 30pm. Really enjoyed the spa and treatments. The therapist is very chatty and friendly. We all had a back massage and a facial. The Hideaway area is perfect to relax in and wear the robes provided. Comfortable eggs chairs and loungers with cushions and blankets. Slippers are an extra cost. Coffee and tea were available complementary in the Hideaway. It would be nice to have some water and herble tea in there also. Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all available to use. Some broken / absent tiles need repair on the seats in the steam rooms. Free lockers using a token from reception desk. Showers are hot and clean. Large gym with modern equipment. Also gym classes were available for us to join. Cafe area is nice - it would be nice to have some healthy options to choose from instead of burgers and chips. A gluten free menu and a breakfast menu would of been ideal for us. Or even an afternoon tea which we could of eaten in the Hideaway. Shame the cafe closed at 2.30pm. The spa & gym closed at 4.30pm.

Booked a spa day here for my friends 30th and it was a very amazing experience. The ladies in the spa was very welcoming and did a fab job. And the hideout area was just dreamy I could sit there all day. My friend loved it! & also the blonde lady at reception was lovely to. Thank you soo much. We will be back👌👌
