The staff are phenomenal and the room service is like clockwork 24/7. I stayed in a deluxe room for two days with my mum and was greeted with a lovely romantic swan on the bed as well as rose petals. The champagne was complimentary and I was also provided with personalised champagne glasses. I felt as if I was sleeping in the clouds. Outstanding stay and for a budget price. I will be visiting this hotel very soon again! x

Contemporary setting. Usual choice of dishes plus extra signature dishes. Food was very tasty and we'll presented, staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again

Very contemporary. Pleasant, attentive staff. Fresh cut roses on the table which was nice. Food was good. Particularly enjoyed the chili beef. Highly recommend
