Friendly welcoming staff, Food was nice, hot and served quickly. Prices are on the high side for the portion size if paying the full menu price.
They offer Blue Light Discount and the location is great right on the A65 with plenty of parking.
I was unsure what to expect from here given the overall score it got. We were presently surprised by the lovely experience we had. The service was great with a very friendly waitress and quick service.
There was a great choice on the menu with something for everyone, especially vegetarians. The food overall was delicious, I had the vegetarian lasagne, which was really tasty, just a little bit overdone. My Jam rollypolly could have done with a little less time in the oven, too.
Excellent meal the food was served fast fresh and hot. Great service just didn't like where we were put to sit, right at the back end of the pub near a noisey fan you could hear the traffic.
