The branch on platform 2 is ran very efficiently by a lady who regularly remembers which type of coffee I order and even prepares it while I am standing n the queue. I am sure she sees 100's of customers throughout the morning. This realy is a great customer service experience provided by someone wgo clearly takes their work seriously. I wish my expereince at other cofee outlests on the station was as good as this one!

Used to be the best coffee in Ely, now there is Nero its fallen behind a bit but still good quality quick coffee before a train journey.

Very very friendly staff, only place we get our morning coffee from, and a smile thrown in for free, better than that Costa crap, but shame they don't do chai latte ;-)
