I've visited Lucyat35 multiple times and each trip has been wonderful.
The food is beyond delicious and there are so many brunch and light lunch options, plus the necessary slice of cake everyone needs to leave room for!
My favourites are the smashed avocado toast (lots of flavour and so beautifully presented), yoghurt bowl (topped with homemade granola and a lovely berry compote) and their red lentil dhal (so creamy and comforting, especially on a cold day!)
The cakes vary all the time, but on my last visit I had a huge slice of chocolate orange 'brownie' cake that was so decadent with a generous layer of chocolate frosting. I was in absolute cake heaven!
Service is always so welcoming and you almost feel like you're at home. The lovely ladies always come over for a chat and make sure you're enjoying the food. Coffee is also worth a mention - served piping hot and extra frothy!
Vegan or not, this is an absolute must-visit if you stop by in Ely. I specifically make the trip from nearby Peterborough and it's always a joy. So highly rated and you can guarantee I'll keep coming back for more mouth-watering vegan food.
Great lunch food, cakes, tea and coffee. Everything on the menu is vegan and gluten free - not that you'd notice anything missing.
We had the fritters and the 3 bean chilli and both were delicious. There's a good selection of nice teas and some really great cakes and brownies.
The café itself has a really nice atmosphere to it. Thoroughly recommended.
Went there today quite late for lunch and everything was sold out but the salad bowl. This wasn't a problem as it was fantastic.
Had the chocolate banana cake and was also fantastic.
Not too keen on the cucumber water which was supplied on the table.
Will definitely go back and would recommend for local vegans .
