I could not fault the afternoon tea. The little taster bowl of pumpkin soup was honestly the best I've ever had. Delicate little sandwiches and pretty cakes, the tea was delicious too and we drank the pot dry. Can highly recommend

A little less butter and a little more Bara Brith, but lovely nonetheless

Stopped off for a cream tea. Scone was delicious and the team were so warm and welcoming. I'm always on egg shells going out now with a baby in tow, in case he has a melt down, but everyone was so nice. Would definitely venture here again :-)

Amazing afternoon tea, definitely up there with the best we have had (maybe even the best). Service was 11/10 and everything else was perfect. Would highly recommend stopping off here if you are visiting Dolgellau.

Went for afternoon tea today with the family for my birthday. Absolutely amazing! Can’t fault it at all. So much choice. Couldn’t finish it all so we took some home. Waiter was also absolutely brilliant and telling us all about the cakes and sandwiches and such good price to!

Had afternoon tea and it was a delightful experience! I've had afternoon tea in 5* hotels in London and they pale in comparison to this delightful and quaint tea room. The server was an absolute gentleman and could not do enough for us. The selection on the display tray was outstanding and everything was delicious. Excellent value and highly recommend

I thoroughly recommend the afternoon tea, but with one warning - don’t eat beforehand and save the space, as you’ll need it! Every mouthful was utterly gorgeous, the selection of savouries and sweets covered all tastes and local ingredients and the warm welcome and attention from Andrew and Gill was amazing. We’ll definitely be repeating that soon!

Absolutely brilliant tearoom! Popped in to refresh and restore after a gentle hike in a nearby forest. Booked to return for an Afternoon Tea for our last day too! It was amazing. Such wonderful new owners, fabulous find . The shop is full of beautiful and unique things. Dolly the puppy daschund was a bonus. We'll be back every time we are near.

Andrew and his team excelled in preparing and serving afternoon tea for the ten of us celebrating my Mother's 90th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again you made her birthday a day to remember.

Lovely and quaint. Its in a building with a gifts and souvenir shop that has some nice higher end content and so its a generally old fashioned atmosphere with a delightful eating area thats away from the street and very relaxing. Cream tea was knockout. Really nice and very affordable. They serve you quickly too. Pleasant and charming staff. We will go back. If you enter via the gift shop as it is annexed to the cafe you might find a very sweet natured Dacshund sat in a basket on the counter. Sadly not for sale but adds to the draw from the kerbside!

Perfect. The afternoon tea as served by Andrew was fabulous. Has overtaken Reids Palace in Madrara as the top of our afternoon tea.
