Five Guys

You always know you're in for a great quality burger at Five Guys, everytime I've been I've always been given a hot, juicy and fresh tasting burger. While there is no denying it's on the expensive side, there really is no beating that fresh burger taste you can't get at many other fast food burger places! I love the fact you can add as many or as little burger toppings as you like, and sauces are included in the price (as they should be!) The fries are so tasty, I only ordered a small but I could barely finish them they give out so many, definitely not complaining about that though! The milkshakes are also very good and definitely worth a try, even if they are almost £6 each! You could even have a bacon milkshake if you are daring enough, although I'd fully recommend the oreo! Staff were very friendly as well and although it does take a little longer to get your food than McDonald's for example, it is nice knowing your burger has been freshly made and being able to see it prepared infront of you! Overall, you're getting great food and a great service which is reflected in the price tag, but it is definitely worth a try if you haven't had it already!

The cheeseburgers and fries that we ordered were delicious. They came up in simple wrappings, which I suppose is the way forward to cut down on throw-away packaging. The burgers were a little fatty, probably added to the taste. The price is on the high side compared with other fast food chains and normally I would expect table service for that price. As we walked into the restaurant, it felt like a school canteen, and there was very little decor or atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and I would go again but would probably struggle to justify the cost.

Food and service first class as usual, by far the best burgers around by a country mile. Yes they cost more than other burger change but the extra couple of quid really is worth it in my opinion. Extremely quiet in here today hence 2 stars award - one criticism I have, how about some padding or cushions on the benches, they're very uncomfortable after 5-10 minutes sitting down.

Not eaten here before, we almost did McDonald's and are so glad we didn't. I was a little shocked at the cost, £30+ for two adults and a child sharing chips so there was a mountain to climb to make me happy. The staff were very polite and helpful, we ordered and then sat down, after a few minutes our order number was called out. The experience starts immediately, opening the bag and getting burgers in foil set the scene. The burger was so tasty and fresh, not like the cardboard experience at other places. It reminded me of being back in America when I was a kid. The food was fantastic, fresh loaded and tasty. The milk shake was real and delightful. The chips were plentiful and just right. If I need a burger in the future we will hunt out this chain. The experience was perfect.
