Lovely sit down restaurant at a great location in Cardiff. It was a last min decision to have an Indian and didn’t have time to book a table. Wasn’t a problem finding a seat and the staff were very helpful.
We ordered the set meal and a couple of drinks. The food arrived in good time and was lovely.
We had a great time and will be on our list for another visit.
If you are in cardiff or visiting must try this place. You can either book a table or drop in. The food was lovely, delicious and plentiful. The place inside looks clean and neat. There are vegetarian options here as well in their menu. You can ask for the spice level of the food you want. I'm someone who likes real spicy food. My cravings were fulfilled, Thank you. The price is reasonable with a helpful staff. You won't be disappointed. They have a bar as well with a range of drinks in their menu. Would recommend anyone to try atleast once. Would visit again.
Probably one of the finest Indian restaurants Cardiff has got, right down to the atmosphere, food, the layout and service, the various dishes all had mouth watering flavours, nan breads were just melting in the mouth, the service provided by staff was outstanding, the plates ( heated up before being placed on table), cutlery, glasses were extremely clean, the other thing that I noticed was quality of air inside, which didn't leave heavy curry smell on your clothes, maybe I'm being too fussy but I think it counts. They also had a good selection of wines, and drinks, even down to the soft drinks being branded and in individual bottles. Finally the prices, again outstanding £227 for 8 of us including 3 bottles of wine and soft drinks, that's under £30 pounds per head, a bargain!!!!. Overall an absolute and excellent experience and will visit again and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to taste Indian cuisine at its best.
