This was our first visit to this fantastic bar.
From the outside, we didn't know what to expect, but on a cold winter night, the bar looked warm and inviting.
The cocktail menu is one of the most amazing I have ever seen with signature cocktails containing a variety of specialist spirits and liquers, some of which I have never heard of.
The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about what they were serving.
The decoration of the bar is eclectic, but it works, and the area we sat in had comfy sofas next to an open fire.
Don't miss this Brighton gem. A fantastically quirky bar which will be loved by old goths and rockers as well as young ones. A proper rockers pub in style with an artistic flare and an extensively stocked bar.
We were greated with a warm smile and treated like friends. The barman, also the manager, seemed to love his job and he easily communicated his passion to us whilst making us one of his cocktail experiments which was delicious.
We stayed for ages, soaking up the vibes from regular and new customers, surveying the well priced art and looking at different cabinets of curiosities.
I would have loved it if they hosted themed nights like a proper old school rock and metal night and then it would have ticked all my boxes. I think they could make more of the wierd, I suggest they would find inspiration at the Victor Wynd Musuem and Absinthe Bar in London.
Nice bar with decent selection of whiskeys and great cocktails. Irreverent rock and comic book atmosphere was a great start to a Saturday night
