Probably the worst Toby Carvery I've ever had. Booked festive meal for 15. Only 14 seats set out. Table not laid. Not a cracker in sight. Drinks order completely messed up. No lettuce for prawn cocktails. No custard for the pudding. Added extra meals to the bill. Service appalling.
