Every time we visit family in the UK from home (USA), we have a meal at Bates. It has a small family feel to it which that brings people back. It provides food for every appetite, including their desserts. Which I highly recommend.
Each time we have visited the restaurant, the staff have always been over eager to please. This is the best service we have ever received from a small family restaurant. Great value for money.
When we visit again, we will certainly return, loved everything about this place. Good service, great food, unique selections and great ambience.
