We called in for a drink this week and enjoyed a couple of pints. Friendly service, nice inside and a kitchen with rotating chefs and menus. They do hold music nights judging by the posters. Seating outside as well as in. I've only docked a star because the website menu doesn't include enough detail on their Sunday lunch options (my OH doesn't eat red meat). I did email to ask but waiting on a response. Will return and recommend you visit.
Very cool atmosphere with a nice vibe. The bar has a good variety of craft beers and largers, with some tasty house wines. Small menu choice, but they make up for it in quality of the food being beautifully cooked with decent sized portions and selection of deserts. A strong 8/10.
A smashing, warm, old fashioned pub with a lovely little eating area in the rear. I haven't tried the grub yet but if the food is as good as the Guinness, it would be darn good.
A lovely room upstairs where they hold a wonderful life drawing class every Monday with the smashing teacher, Annie. I love it.
