Spot on! Took my little family here - the kids loved their Sausage and mash. The service was a little slow but the waiting staff apologised. I'd highly recommended and we'll return again soon!

We booked our Christmas meal here some months ago and the weather last night was awful, being very icy. But when we arrived we were not disappointed. The place was lovely and warm, great fire, very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and attentive from the start. The meal it self was 'top notch' and worth every penny. We even received a home-made mince pie with brandy sauce at the end after our dessert. Very nice touch. Would certainly recommend. (The building improvements have made a great difference....very well done)

Came here with my Grandad and sister and had a steak asked for it to be medium rare and was the most perfect steak I have ever eaten honestly 10 out of ten my sister is a butcher so I know a good steak! Also my grandad wanted a little more with his meal and the chef quite happily whipped him up some veg smiles all round! Lovely staff very friendly and smiley was an absolute pleasure eating here and will definitely recommend and come again. Thank you very much.
