Food was nice and hot this morning, app was tricky to use due to signal had to sit near window.
This stood out as the best McDonald's we have visited. Customer service was great through from the friendly greeting as we entered to handling, presenting and finalising our order and wishing us well when we left. Staff appeared efficient and appeared to help each other as well as customers. Carly and Paul were great examples.
We called in after a long day out, very welcoming diner, friendly and funny staff.
Food - Vegetarian and Carnivore!
Ordering - touch screens that we used for the first time and were able to navigate relatively easy and had the option to change our minds and order before final payment. Even managed to make one change at the cash point when one of us (moi) spotted an ad for a flavoured coffee!
Accessibility - level access, toilet and car parking for disabled. It was not full when we went, but wide aisles
Car Park (free) - close to the restaurant.
Staff - friendly, helpful and good (appropriate) banter!
Toilets - yes the usual suspects, including for the disabled.
