Shop was virtually empty. Service was quick, although staff member would not let me have key code number for the toilet until I had my receipt for the coffee, she said the code was on the receipt and she couldn't tell me what it was although I explained I was desperate for the loo.

The surroundings are a trifle worn looking but the coffee is very good and staff are extremely pleasant

It’s really nice place to have coffee and meet up. Nice and friendly staff. Always clean and tidy, I can higly recommend it to have quick coffee.

Very busy but staff are good and service is as quick as possible at lunchtime. Relaxing atmosphere to sit and enjoy lunch.

Although there's a large step the staff are quick to respond to a request for a ramp. Once inside the service is great and the staff very helpful.

Top quality A* service today as usual from the team at Costa in Bearsted who are every day face to face with Bearsted's very own chelsea-tractor driving middle-class militia. Respect.

Clean, spacious, great range of food and drinks available. Baristas are friendly, professional, hard working and keep waiting times to a minimum. My new go to Costa in that area

Good shop, nice staff. I had a cough and was brought a glass of water even though I didn't ask for one. Could have been they were fed up hearing me bark - but i'll go with they were just being lovely. :-)
