If you want a flat white, best place to go. The staff just get everything right first time, and they're so friendly and make it an all round fabulous place to visit.
A decent size Costa on the outskirts of Maidstone staff always friendly definitely worth a visit

Shop was virtually empty. Service was quick, although staff member would not let me have key code number for the toilet until I had my receipt for the coffee, she said the code was on the receipt and she couldn't tell me what it was although I explained I was desperate for the loo.
It’s really nice place to have coffee and meet up. Nice and friendly staff. Always clean and tidy, I can higly recommend it to have quick coffee.

Although there's a large step the staff are quick to respond to a request for a ramp. Once inside the service is great and the staff very helpful.
I have been in a few times now and have received nothing but exemplary service from the team. There is always service with a smile and the manager was very helpful when she served my group. I look forward to getting my coffee from this shop again soon.
Clean, spacious, great range of food and drinks available. Baristas are friendly, professional, hard working and keep waiting times to a minimum. My new go to Costa in that area
Less busy than most Costa's so much easier to get your order quickly! Located on the main road the A20 next to a Tesco Express petrol station with limited free parking outside. Usual Costa prices but always well stocked with cakes and snacks etc

Good shop, nice staff. I had a cough and was brought a glass of water even though I didn't ask for one. Could have been they were fed up hearing me bark - but i'll go with they were just being lovely. :-)
Good service and excellent seating. I went with my baby. A very clean baby changing/restroom facilities as well. Very close two gas stations. Parking is available at the front or on the opposite side of the road.
This costa has one of the most relaxed, friendliest atmospheres that I have come across around Kent. The store manager Lydia is very polite and welcoming and makes the best flat whites I’ve ever tasted!

I thought that the drinks and food were nice and the staff were friendly. Not gunnna lie I don't drink coffee so I've only had the other drinks but people I go with say that the coffee has "got the colour but no flavour" apparently not strong enough.
Very busy but staff are good and service is as quick as possible at lunchtime. Relaxing atmosphere to sit and enjoy lunch.
