I only called in to use the EV charger, which didn't appear to work. It was my first time charging my newly acquired electric car. It was also one of the hottest days on record. Was very glad to purchase a cappuccino. I didn't eat.

M5 services was busy at the time of our visit but McDonald's wasnt bad at all. No queue, just order your food and a few minutes later ready for pick up. Everything was fresh and kids enjoyed their happy meals.

Between the two establishments in Barnstaple, this one is the best in terms of cleanliness, heat of the food and service. Each experience myself and my family come here has never been greeted with negativity nor have we had a complaint about the food. Highly rated because it's the best you can get from a McDonalds in the area.
