Food was cooked well and in a timely manner. Atmosphere hard to judge as we were literally the only patrons.
Service was done by very polite and friendly staff.
The only downside is use have to use a smartphone to order and pay for your order, luckily my wife is clued up in tech matters where I just make a call on my brick.

Never had a Manager so attentive in a pizza hut , this rubbed off on the whole team fantastic eperience .The ability to be able to sit outside with our dog was fantastic , we understand not inside but one of the few with tables outside what a great idea.

Lovely time. Enjoyed the lunch buffet. Asked if it was possible to sit away from doors but told other tables were reserved. We were there an hour and no-one used other tables. As we were right beside the door our food was cold. Perfect other than that.

I enjoyed a quick lunch with family. Service was excellent, very quick. Food was good, buffet pizza gets a bit cold quickly but did keep refilling the buffet. Salad buffet good. Would visit again

So, the good was: convenient location, decent food, easy to book, easy to order, super friendly and attentive waiting staff.
The not so good: the food took ages to arrive and it wasn't especially busy although fully booked later on. A very large group arrived who had only booked for four adults and not their ten (yes, ten) children. These children were exceptionally disruptive and despite the restaurant being full booked the staff only had an attempt at removing this group but essentially gave in. This is partially understandable but essentially spoiled the restaurant for everyone else.
Updated May 2023: .. the new system involves using the qr code to order and pay for your food. I would still have preferred ordering with a proper human to be honest. Waiting staff brought the food, having missed an item... but that was it. Cost cutting from pizza hut. Understand why,not sure I liked it.

Went for the lunchtime buffet. Pizza was well stocked at all times, plenty of options, salad bar was full. I believe it was the manager, male with glasses, he was spot on, customer service was 100%, you could tell he was busy and rushed off his feet but still kept a smile on his face and a good sense of humour, only him and one other person serving in the restaurant.
You are able to order and pay using your phone by scanning the QR code on the table. If you are in a rush this is the best option, no waiting for ordering or paying the bill.

Went in for just dessert and the guy serving us was great
Opted for the KitKat bites and there was plenty of dipping sauce spare - such a good mini dessert for us to share
Ended up getting a drink of the Black Cherry Creme Soda and it was a delight too. It tasted like a Dr. Pepper with cherry if I had to compare it to anything
