We've been visiting York for a few days and normally visit a few different coffee shops. However, the staff at this particular Caffè Nero have been so exceptionally lovely, friendly, kind and helpful that we just kept going back to them. Efficient, too, which was great given that they were clearly busy.
We like Caffè Nero drinks (and food), but of course that's a matter of preference. I will add that they were very nicely made, though. Plus, the seating areas, especially upstairs, are very comfortable and nice to be in.
Really, the highest praise to everyone there, and many thanks for making our visits so enjoyable - thank you.
Servics was excellent. Great baristas and coff the best of the chains. However, upstairs seating area is filthy. Open top bins, stckt matted, and ripped seats. Mangers must do better.
