What a wonderful restaurant. Chef Mark and his team prepared amazing food (even the fish course with our usually hated celeriac and fennel was a delight). The honeyed brioche went into my top 10 dishes eaten, so simple but absolute sticky wonderfulness.
The front of house staff were very attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
First time dining with them and such a shame we're unlikely to be back before they close at the end of September. If you're considering eating there (and why else would you be reading this), then get it booked ASAP!
I look forward to seeing what's next.

Amazing experience. One of the best michelin star meals i've had the pleasure of eating! Amazing to see the walled kitchen gardens and then the produce used in the kitchen to create an innovative, exciting and delicious menu. Great for my gluten free wife too. Professional warm service. Food was excellent, the place is just lovely and the service was top notch. Cannot fault it and the food creations were some of the tastiest I have tried! If you can get there, it is WELL worth a visit.
